Samsung Galaxy Tab

Hey, I just found out that Samsung is releasing the Samsung Galaxy Tab to the United States.  I read a little bit about it and it seems the be a bigger version of the Samsung Galaxy S which is not a bad thing.  I had the chance to use the Galaxy S smartphone and it's very impressive.  My wife bought and E-printer not to long ago and it did come with a detachable tablet running Android 2.1.  It runs kinda smooth, has the ability to surf the web and watch most flash video, the storage is expandable, and well...it's like the Motorola Droid.  The cool thing is that it is synced up with the printer, so instead of running to your computer and checking whats wrong with the printer, you can just use the tablet.  By the looks of the Galaxy Tab, it smaller than the IPad with a seven inch screen and also a little thick, so your able to protect yourself if you get mugged without to much damage to you device.  If you want to see more of it, watch the video from Techno Buffalo for the unboxing of it.

About Me

Hi, my name is Jameson and this will be about some new emerging technologies.  I'm 27 years old, will be 28 in Feb, and I'm kind of new to the field.  I have been taking up Computer Information Technologies since 2005 and looking to graduate in May of 2011.  Most of all my experience on computers like building a repairing, setting up different types of networks, working in Linux, web page building, and using different Microsoft Office applications have come from hand-on experience in college.  I have done a little PC repair on the side (at no cost), also clean up malware and viruses.  I have had a lot of experience in PC crashes myself; I guess I work better on others people PC's than my own.  I've never had a job that was directly in the IT field, but I'm hope after graduation, that will change.  I hope by doing this blog, it will help me not only get a better insight on existing and new technologies, but also better myself in the IT field.
